It’s pretty fun to spend all our money on fancy electronics, vacations, and other cool stuff. But sometimes we skip that step because we’re saving our money to pay off more important things like a mortgage, or some credit card debt. Dedication to financial goals is easy to maintain, because we can see the progress happening in front of our eyes. We watch the bank account grow, we watch the debt diminish. We can see our work having an effect.
Fitness doesn’t quite work that fast. There is no instant gratification tied to it, and sometimes the lack of results can be a deterring factor for us. It can diminish our motivation quickly. If we don’t see progress, we quit. Fitness goals are harder to track, especially if you don’t know what exactly you should be tracking! But we can help with that. We’ll help you set that initial goal, and all the little checkpoints along the way. We’ll show you how to measure them, and then we’ll track them along with you! As we knock off the small wins, we’ll celebrate them too, just like we’ll celebrate the big win when we reach your goal!
