It’s Bring A Friend Week at CFF!

Remember when you first found something new, and you were so excited about it you couldn’t stop talking about it? You talked about it to anyone and everyone who would listen to you (and even those who didn’t!). Anybody that would listen was getting a dose of what you were into, and why it was so great. Your new car, or this new restaurant you tried, or the gym you joined.

We love that about our members. We love that you’re having so much fun while rocking out your goals, that you want to share your influence on all of your friends and family.

We want to help you do that.

It’s our Mission at CrossFit FUNCTION to impact the lives of 5000 people in Yorkton and the surrounding area. In order to do that, we need your help. This Mission extends much further than just the doors to our building. It means that when you bring a vegetable tray to work instead of a doughnut platter, you’re helping your coworkers take a healthy step that day. It means that when you ask your family to head out on an after-dinner walk together, you’re helping bring 10 minutes of activity into their day and helping them take a healthier step that day. Our Mission is best accomplished when we join forces and help extend that impact in all varying degrees of our circles that we affect.

That’s why on February 12-19th, we’re opening our doors to all of your family and friends. It’s Bring A Friend Week at CFF.

This opportunity doesn’t come around often throughout the year – twice, in fact, only. It means that all of our classes are free to try throughout the week, and we’ll help you share the opportunity with your friends and family to take steps in the right direction and help impact their lives.

Are The Workouts For Me?

This is always a lingering question on our guest’s minds – Will I be able to do the workouts? The answer is — YES! Our workouts are easily scalable and modifiable to any skill level, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. If you’re an experienced veteran in the gym, or you’re a brand new first-timer, it doesn’t matter. Our Expert Coaches will help guide you through the hour and make you feel comfortable with everything you need to know – from technique to load choice, we’ve got you covered.

Who Can Attend?

We have classes for everyone! Our regular adult group classes are for all of you busy adults who just want to work on their fitness, and get a little bit healthier and happier along the way.

Our Junior Academy program covers our kids from 4 years old, all the way to 14. We have a Mini’s program for kids aged 4-6, a Kids program for those 7-9 years old, and our Teens are the 10-14 year olds!

If you’re a postpartum mom, we invite you to join our Dumbbells & Diapers class to try. Bring your little one with you to hang out with the other kiddos, or come solo – either is fine!

And last but certainly not least, our 55+ Master’s program rocks out hard. This class is our most favourite, because it’s incredible to watch the things our Masters can accomplish! If you’re looking for a lower intensity class, something focused on moving better and extending the quality of life, this is a great class for you.

Does It Cost Anything?

Absolutely not. Just a smile, and your effort!

We want to meet as many new friends that we can. We want to show you that our program is for absolutely anyone and everyone.

And most of all — we want you to enjoy yourself, enjoy your workout, and meet some new people along the way.

How Does It Work?

The first step to joining us for Bring A Friend Week is to click this link and let us know you’ll be by.

You can choose between our adult group classes, let your kids come (or come with them if you’re a PP mom in our D&D class!), or if you’re 55+, join us for our Master’s class.

Our Client Success Manager will get you set up and secure your spot next week.

Bring clean shoes, a water bottle, and clothes you like and feel comfortable moving in.

Come 5-10 minutes early so we can get the paperwork done.

The first step is always getting in our front door, and then we’ve got you from there!
