Rodney had every reason why he couldn’t start working out and eating healthier when we first met him. Injuries, busy and unpredictable work schedule, — you name it, he mentioned it.
Rodney started with us by first taking part in our Mobility Classes. He evolved that into Personal Training sessions with Coach Tomas, while beginning into the Eat Less Crap Nutrition Kickstart. From there, momentum started to carry him, he was starting to notice some incredible changes, and he wanted to carry that on.
Rodney comes twice a work with Coach Tomas, and works his Nutrition Coaching Program with Coach Taryn. Together, he’s had some amazing body composition changes, but most importantly, his injuries have rehabbed SO MUCH, and he’s developed a lifestyle that now supports his busy and unpredictable work schedule.
The barriers that you think exist really only exist in your mind. Everything can be worked around, but you’ve got to be humble enough to ask for help.
