Member Achievements – Scott Desender!

We couldn’t wait to share Scott’s achievement with you all. So much so, we have to tell it like a story.

Earlier in the day during our Bright Spot Friday post last week, Scott made a comment that went like this:

“Seeing all these sweet accomplishments that our members are making wether it be nutrition wins, competitions, biking trips, mental wins, all of the above! This shit gets me going and makes me proud to be part of this gym! And it’s a huge win for me to see all of YOU winning!”

Later that afternoon, Scott came into CFF for his nutrition check-in and InBody scan to see how his own progress was going after only being through his program in the last month.

In ONE month, Scott:
πŸ₯³ Lost 4lbs;
πŸ₯³ Decreased 10lbs of body fat;
πŸ₯³ Had kept his fast food intake down to minimal amounts;
πŸ₯³ Gained 2lbs of muscle;
πŸ₯³ DRASTICALLY improved his meal prepping skills, and;
πŸ₯³ Increased the volume and consistency by which he was eating!

These are MASSIVE wins for Scott! And the smile says it all!

So while he was so busy celebrating everyone ELSE, he was over there making moves of his own! Which is just so typical of Scott, if you know anything about him!
