Sunday Recipes: Baked Salmon & Vegetables!

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 2 cups asparagus
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Place salmon and asparagus on a baking sheet.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and top with lemon slices.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes.
