- Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat oil in a pan, cook beef and onion until browned.
- Mix in quinoa and tomato sauce.
- Stuff peppers with the mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
