Sunday Recipes: Chicken Stir-Fry

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell pepper, carrots)
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp ginger, minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Add chicken, ginger, and garlic. Cook until chicken is browned.
    3. Add vegetables, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
    4. Serve hot.
