- Ingredients:
- 1 cup lentils
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add lentils, carrot, and vegetable broth.
