Sunday Recipes: One Pot Lentil Soup!

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup lentils
    • 4 cups vegetable broth
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
    2. Add lentils, carrot, and vegetable broth.
    3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
    4. Season with salt and pepper.

    • Protein: 12g
    • Carbs: 38g
    • Fats: 2g
    • Total Calories: 220
