Sunday Recipes: Quick Veggie Omelette!

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes

  • Ingredients:
    • 8 eggs
    • 1 cup spinach
    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions:
    1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add vegetables, and cook for 2 minutes.
    3. Add eggs, cook until set, fold, and serve.
