We don’t encourage you to sign up and then leave you on your own to decide your own level of accountability and motivation. University degrees, certifications, and different levels of educations our Coaches posses aside, our coaches care. Our sole purpose out on the floor beside you, is to help you improve, and to help you see results. If we can get you to move better so your quality of life improves, mission accomplished. If we can motivate you, encourage you, and keep you accountable in order to yield some results, mission accomplished.
It is virtually impossible to coach someone who isn’t willing to improve and change. If you can approach your session with an open mind, and a willingness to be one percent better at the end of the hour – then we are the right fit for you.

Working out in a group setting can be intimidating when you’re on the outside looking in. It can also be intimidating flying solo when you’re trying something new. While our program offers both group and private options to start your fitness journey, the most important part is the group of people you’ll be working alongside.
If you want to share your journey with a group of like-minded individuals and coaches – this is the place for you. These people will help keep things interesting. If you need the accountability and motivation of a community to help you navigate through the lemons that life will toss at you – this is the place for you. We won’t allow you to wander alone.
